FREQUENTLY ASKED
Questions we get before the first call
How do your fees work?+
We work on a retained basis: the fee is agreed up front and paid in stages as the search progresses. That is what allows us to approach passive candidates and report openly, rather than racing another agency to the same CV. The exact structure is in the proposal before anything starts.
How long does a search take on average?+
Most searches run six to ten weeks from briefing to signed contract, depending on seniority and how international the role is. You get a shortlist well before that, usually within four to five weeks.
What do you need from us to start?+
A conversation about the role, the team it sits in and the salary range. From there we write the profile with you, agree the approach and start mapping the market. No lengthy intake documents required.
Do you work internationally?+
Yes. Through our partner network we search in more than 50 countries, with a local lead who knows the region, the language and the salary levels, while you keep one point of contact here.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes, and confidentiality is the default in any case. Many of our searches are confidential placements, so nothing about your organisation or the role leaves the process without your agreement.
